Runton Mothers' Union

An active branch of the Mothers' Union meets on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm at St Andrews Church, East Runton.  We have various speakers both religious and secular.  We also hold two Quiet Days are held each year, one in the Spring and one in the Autumn.  The Mothers' Union is a worldwide organization and has 4 million members, in our branch we aim to support each other and the church by prayer and fund raising.  We particularly support to Mothers' Union Overseas Fund, a fund used to support workers in underdeveloped countries to create a literacy programme, enabling families to support themselves and to get jobs.
